Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation solutions to streamline business processes.
- Integrate and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management and data analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain workflows using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, custom scripts).
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Create documentation and training materials for internal teams on automation tools and processes.
- Stay updated with emerging AI and automation technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance in all automated processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT automation, AI integration, or CRM optimization.
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, RPA tools) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
