Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine project specifications and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices in software development.
- Optimize application performance through code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Implement secure and reliable backend systems, APIs, and databases.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.
- Deploy and monitor applications in production environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack or backend development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or C#.
- Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, .NET Core).
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
