Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and testing of responsive UI components for mobile and web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Build and maintain reusable code libraries and front-end modules to accelerate development and ensure consistency.
- Translate user stories and wireframes into high-fidelity, pixel-perfect interfaces with a focus on accessibility and performance.
- Supervise and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to uphold best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, leveraging tools like Webpack or Vite.
- Stay ahead of emerging front-end trends (e.g., WebAssembly, micro-frontends) and advocate for their adoption where applicable.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring robust error handling and smooth user experiences across devices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong expertise in responsive design, CSS preprocessors (Sass/SCSS), and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, design systems, and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex front-end issues.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and stakeholders effectively.
