As part of our Talent Pool, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless application performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving system enhancements to support business operations. Based in Bali’s vibrant tech hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable IT solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility
- Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of SAP, Odoo, and POS systems across Head Office and branch locations.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in enterprise applications and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and customize applications to meet operational needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Train end-users and IT staff on application functionalities, best practices, and security protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards across all applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in SAP implementation, configuration, and maintenance (SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, POS systems, and database management (SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in SAP, ITIL, or Odoo are a strong plus.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
