Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and pain points
- Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard methodologies
- Create detailed business process models, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical specifications
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documents
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, surveys, workshops)
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Visio)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar is a plus
