Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and enforce IT governance policies, procedures, and compliance standards in alignment with industry best practices.
- Monitor system security, conduct regular audits, and mitigate risks to safeguard company data and assets.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline IT processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data integrity and security.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and incident reports for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance IT governance and administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration, governance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cybersecurity tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies is advantageous.
