Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the IT sector, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new deals and expand existing accounts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively in the market.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales or IT are a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in IT sales, account management, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate their value to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
