Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key ISP clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and support) to deliver seamless service and address client needs proactively.
- Monitor account performance metrics, analyze trends, and present data-driven recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to position Elitez Group as a leader in the ISP space.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and business reviews to clients and senior management.
- Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring their feedback and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in account management, sales, or business development within the ISP, telecom, or tech industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value accounts, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
