Responsibility
- Provide personalized Islamic financial advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with Shariah principles.
- Assess clientsâ financial needs and recommend halal investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Educate clients on Islamic banking products, takaful (Islamic insurance), and ethical investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and professionalism.
- Stay updated on global and local Islamic finance trends, regulations, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to design customized financial plans that align with clientsâ goals and religious values.
- Conduct financial literacy workshops and seminars to promote awareness of Islamic finance.
- Ensure all financial advice and transactions adhere to AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions) standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A degree in Islamic Finance is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory, banking, or Islamic finance.
- Strong knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products, takaful, and Islamic investment principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Certification in Islamic Finance (e.g., CIFA, AAOIFI) is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Arabic is a bonus.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, assess risk, and provide strategic recommendations.
