Responsibility
- Perform system configuration, testing, and validation of IP/Datacom and access equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct end-to-end integration testing and interoperability tests to verify network compatibility and functionality.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related problems.
- Document technical procedures, test results, and maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and field technicians.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and Huawei's quality assurance protocols.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address critical network incidents outside of standard business hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IP networking, datacom systems, or network maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching, and network security.
- Hands-on experience with Huawei, Cisco, or Juniper networking equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
