Responsibility
- Oversee and manage end-to-end Facilities Management, Engineering, and Operations projects for healthcare facilities.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and healthcare professionals to align mechanical systems with facility requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, healthcare standards, and safety protocols.
- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving for mechanical systems in healthcare settings.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management.
- Proven track record in managing healthcare facility projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems in healthcare environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
