In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and maintaining our Safety Management System (SMK3), ensuring compliance with Indonesian K3 regulations, and fostering a culture of safety across our operations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will work closely with management and staff to identify potential hazards, develop safety protocols, and conduct regular inspections to mitigate risks. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Safety Management System (SMK3) in accordance with Indonesian K3 regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
- Organize and deliver K3 training programs for employees to promote a culture of safety and awareness.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update emergency response plans and procedures.
- Prepare and submit periodic K3 reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and ensure the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a K3 or occupational health and safety role, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations (e.g., UU No. 1 Tahun 1970, PP No. 50 Tahun 2012) and SMK3 implementation.
- Certification in K3 (e.g., AK3 Umum) or related safety certifications is highly desirable.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and engage employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
