Responsibility

- Develop and execute program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to drive process improvements and scalability.
- Identify risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor program performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in manufacturing or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
