Responsibility
- Process and generate accurate invoices for clients and vendors.
- Verify and reconcile invoicing data with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all invoicing transactions.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoicing in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Prepare and submit monthly invoicing reports to management.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding invoicing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of retail or consumer products industry is a plus.
