Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication of company performance and strategy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive investor relations materials, including earnings releases, quarterly reports, presentations, and FAQs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive positioning to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Coordinate and prepare for earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, and other financial events, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and corporate communications, to ensure consistency in external messaging.
- Track and report on shareholder activity, including institutional holdings, activist investors, and analyst coverage.
- Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts to support investor communications and strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, IDX) and best practices in investor relations to ensure compliance and transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, corporate finance, or equity research.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation metrics, and capital markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proven experience in preparing investor presentations, earnings releases, and financial disclosures.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
