In this role, youâll leverage your expertise in immigration law, investment strategies, and client relations to guide clients through complex residency and citizenship programs. Whether itâs the Portugal Golden Visa, Greece Residency by Investment, Caribbean Citizenship Programs, or other global pathways, youâll be the trusted advisor clients rely on to navigate their journey with confidence.

Responsibility
- Advise high-net-worth clients on global residency and citizenship by investment programs, including eligibility, requirements, and application processes.
- Develop tailored migration strategies based on clientsâ financial goals, family needs, and long-term objectives.
- Prepare and review documentation for visa, residency, and citizenship applications, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Collaborate with legal teams, financial advisors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth and efficient application processes.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in investment migration and recommend new opportunities to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and updates throughout their migration journey.
- Represent Globevisa at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand our client base and brand presence.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, investment policies, and global mobility trends to provide accurate and timely advice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in investment migration, immigration consulting, or international business development (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of global residency and citizenship by investment programs (e.g., Portugal, Greece, Caribbean nations).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and adapting to diverse client needs.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Law, International Relations, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping clients achieve their global mobility goals.
