Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive company growth in Bali and beyond.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in market research tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian or other Asian languages is a plus.
