Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
- Ensure accurate stock levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., WMS) to track stock movements in real time.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain workflows.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory handling, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, reduce waste, and improve cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve discrepancies and investigate variances to maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in inventory control systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of lean warehouse principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in warehouse operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
