Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of raw material and finished goods inventory using digital and manual systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to monitor stock levels and trigger reorder points.
- Prepare and generate inventory reports for management review, highlighting trends and potential issues.
- Implement and adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or other inventory control methods as required.
- Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with quality control to ensure all materials meet company standards before storage or dispatch.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory audits and assist in cycle counting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform duties that may involve standing, lifting, or moving inventory items.
