Responsibility
- Dispense products, materials, and consumables for production as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in real-time.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to fulfill material requests promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment when necessary.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Assist in resolving inventory-related issues and discrepancies.
- Generate reports on inventory status and usage for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
