Responsibility
- Monitor and manage distributor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Coordinate replenishment activities, including order processing, demand forecasting, and delivery scheduling.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives.
- Resolve inventory-related issues, including shortages, overstocks, and delivery delays, in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on inventory performance, turnover rates, and stock movements.
- Implement and adhere to Heineken’s inventory management policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Knowledge of FMCG industry supply chain practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
