Responsibility
- Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, manufacturing, logistics) to support end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Support inventory management activities, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
- Contribute to demand forecasting and production planning to ensure timely delivery of medical devices.
- Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain workflows.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholder meetings on supply chain performance metrics.
- Engage in professional development sessions and training programs tailored to supply chain careers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across global teams.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous.
