Responsibility
- Develop and execute demand forecasting models to align production with customer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Resolve logistical bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to stakeholders with actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to optimize supply chain workflows.
- Analyze KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, lead times) and propose data-driven improvements.
- Maintain accurate ERP system records for real-time tracking of shipments and inventory.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to ensure transparency and trust.
- Adapt to night shift operations while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in food/beverage or FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (e.g., 10 PMâ6 AM GMT+8).
- Familiarity with inventory optimization tools and demand planning software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
