Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics that align with business objectives.
- Utilize advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present complex data in an accessible and actionable format.
- Analyze customer behavior, market demand, and supply chain dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market analysis and BI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably in Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel (advanced level).
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data warehousing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
