Responsibility
- Assist in press machine operations under supervisor guidance, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Support welding and fabrication tasks, including material preparation and assembly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and workplace safety.
- Inspect finished products for defects and report discrepancies to the team lead.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and tools for production processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills in metalcraft and manufacturing.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is a plus).
- Physical ability to lift 20-30 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitude.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols (OSHA standards preferred).
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including weekends if required).
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Open to learning new techniques in metal fabrication and press operations.
