Responsibility
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Forecast demand for engineering spare parts based on historical data, usage trends, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure timely availability of critical spare parts.
- Monitor inventory performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, reorder points, and lead times.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
