Responsibility
- Process and maintain accurate inventory records, shipping documents, and warehouse logs using digital and manual systems.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality standards.
- Prepare and organize packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery receipts for outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to track stock levels, report discrepancies, and facilitate restocking as needed.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities, inventory status, and operational metrics.
- Operate warehouse management software (WMS) and enter data accurately to support real-time tracking.
- Assist in cycle counting, audits, and reconciliation of inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain processes, and inventory best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg and perform light physical tasks as needed.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or business administration is advantageous.
