Responsibility
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely material supply.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols in the warehouse.
- Optimize storage space and organize materials for easy access.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
