Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our ERP system.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports, including discrepancies, to the logistics manager.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of materials.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management best practices and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Support logistics operations, including receiving, dispatching, and tracking of shipments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures, FIFO/LIFO, and stock rotation principles.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
