Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of medical devices and supplies across multiple locations in Bali.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock replenishment and reduce excess inventory.
- Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching medical supplies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory turnover and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics (experience in healthcare or medical devices is a plus).
- Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory standards for medical supplies is an advantage.
