Responsibility
- Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of materials for energy sector operations.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and logistics efficiency.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve space utilization and operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align inventory strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the energy or mining sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP software, and logistics management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
