Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the mining, natural resources, and energy industries to understand their needs and anticipate demand.
- Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, production) to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements to enhance service quality.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations promptly, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and care.
- Prepare and present regular reports on demand trends, order fulfillment, and performance KPIs to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings within the customer care and demand management framework.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the sector to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care, demand planning, or supply chain management, preferably in the mining, natural resources, or energy sectors.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and improving service delivery in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles is a plus.
