Responsibility
- Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, sorting, and putting away incoming security and operational stock.
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and fulfillment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification to maintain high inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Update and maintain the warehouse management system (WMS) with accurate data entries in real-time.
- Coordinate with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of physical assets.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, secure, and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (MS Excel/Word).
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving stock when required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and effective time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player attitude.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
