Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across the warehouse using ERP/WMS systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full-scale stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Analyze supply chain data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, performing root-cause analysis to prevent future variance.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline stock replenishment workflows.
- Monitor slow-moving or obsolete stock and provide recommendations for liquidation or reallocation.
- Maintain compliance with internal safety and inventory control policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with inventory management software.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Bahasa Malaysia) to effectively communicate across all organizational levels.
- High level of integrity and accuracy in record-keeping and audit processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
