Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure accuracy and optimize stock availability.
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to track KPIs such as turnover rates, stockouts, and carrying costs.
- Lead inventory audits and cycle counts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify trends and forecast demand to support strategic inventory planning.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Automate manual processes using tools like Excel, SQL, or ERP systems to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in inventory analysis, data management, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing/logistics.
