Responsibility
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing clients with real-time updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
- Contribute to the development of customer service best practices and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet business needs.
