Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and procuring goods and services while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Support vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update internal databases.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline procurement workflows.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of procurement principles and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
