Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives to address quality deviations, root cause analysis, and long-term solutions.
- Apply the 8D Problem-Solving Methodology to systematically resolve operational and quality-related issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouse operations, documentation, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, and management) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to track performance, generate reports, and recommend actionable insights.
- Train and mentor staff on QA best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement techniques.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality frameworks in logistics and warehouse management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations, with a focus on CAPA and 8D methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and lean methodologies.
- Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and QA software/tools.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
