Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify quality issues, root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, report findings, and recommend improvements to management.
- Manage customer quality concerns, including investigations, resolutions, and communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead training programs for employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality.
- Support new product introductions by ensuring quality requirements are met from design to production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field), or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar) and quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, etc.).
- Proficient in data analysis and quality reporting using tools such as Excel, Minitab, or SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
