Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular audits to verify stock levels and investigate discrepancies.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and improve efficiency.
- Generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and demand forecasts for management review.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and organize stock for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics operations and supply chain best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
