Responsibility
- Operate and manage Viar driver software for efficient route planning and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including pickup, delivery, and inventory transportation.
- Source, negotiate, and purchase high-quality ingredients and supplies from trusted vendors.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, purchases, and inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to align procurement with production needs.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a driver or in logistics coordination, preferably with Viar driver software.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, inventory software).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
