Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Identify discrepancies in stock levels and investigate root causes, implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage, picking, and packing processes for maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control and reporting.
- Generate and analyze KPI reports to track performance and drive process improvements.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices for inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean inventory principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
