Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels across all categories, including packaging, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and products.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock aging, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
