Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety, security, and compliance standards.
- Optimize space utilization and layout for improved workflow and productivity.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy and turnaround time.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to best practices and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
