Responsibility
- Conduct regular factory visits to verify inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Manage and update inventory documentation, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with trucking and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth loading/unloading operations.
- Perform daily inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Utilize Excel and inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage systems for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align inventory levels with demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in all inventory-related activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties (e.g., lifting, standing for extended periods).
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
