Join Astro Indonesia as an Inventory Control Specialist for our Central Kitchen operations in Bali. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless supply chain management, accurate stock tracking, and efficient inventory control to support our high-volume culinary production.

Responsibility
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for all Central Kitchen supplies, including raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Implement and maintain an efficient inventory tracking system to optimize stock rotation and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to place orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely restocking.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and recommend adjustments to purchasing strategies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to align inventory with production schedules and menu requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards in all inventory processes.
- Generate reports on inventory status, usage trends, and cost-saving opportunities for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a hospitality, F&B, or central kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, including FIFO (First In, First Out) and stock rotation.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills in data analysis are a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP standards is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
