Responsibility
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to optimize inventory flow.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including FIFO/LIFO methods, as applicable.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and improve inventory management systems.
- Resolve inventory-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions in operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or logistics industry standards and best practices.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
