Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP inventory control systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, and supply chain performance.
- Implement best practices for inventory management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory control.
- Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management procedures and SAP usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in SAP inventory management modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations is a plus.
