Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials to support uninterrupted production.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements and prevent shortages.
- Implement and maintain an organized inventory tracking system for efficient retrieval and usage.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for material handling.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and material flow.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is a plus.
