Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory trends, turnover rates, and stock levels to optimize reorder points and minimize excess stock.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Generate and present detailed reports on inventory performance, variances, and KPIs to management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
